memelaina | It's kitty day! or What the Deuce?

Today I go to the airport at 4:38pm to pick up my kitty. I have neglected to go out to get litter boxes, so I need to do that at lunch time. Two, I think. One in the bathroom in the downstairs suite - since kitty may get closed into the suite at night - and one in the upstairs bathroom off the laundry room. It's a big house and I don't want him to get lost.

I wish I could have him sleep with me, but I know that's not an option. Maybe I'll spend some nighttime hours in the big Barney chair in the living room with my kitty.

I'm opting for Meow Mix rather than going the IAMS route. Sheharezade did well on it, and it's easy to buy in the big tubs. I'm NOT going to feed canned food. That turns into a battle I just don't want to deal with. Kibble, plenty of water, and the occasional tablescraps of chicken.

I'll post more photos after he arrives. At least, I will if I can get my camera back from Robin.
