Poor kitty

Returned from Paris on Monday to be greeted with a phone message from my daughter as soon as I turned my cell phone on that my baby kitty was sick unto death. This was not good news, and I spent my remaining cell charge trying to contact the vet as the plane doors were closing to whisk us from chicago to denver. While not dead or actively dying, Deuce is decidedly unwell and I returned to $400+ in vet bills with no real diagnosis of what was wrong and seven days of penecillin poured down his little throat with virtually no effect. Hope to work with the vet today to try a new antibiotic and/or some other therapy.
