I have a kitty. Her name is Sappho Pistachio Alfonso. She is white kitten - at least she looks white - but is actually a calico because she has two tiny little grey fingerprints on her forehead and an almost-impossible-to-see litte streak of light cream color on her tail. I got her from Pet Project, a rescue group, and her mother was white and her three sisters were white. One sister was already gone, and the other two had blue eyes. None were deaf, so I'm assuming she has pretty good genes. Her eyes are golden. As in "white she was and golden eyed". All the kittens - at 10 weeks - had already been spayed. So her adoption fee was a little higher, but all of that is already completed and I don't have to worry about it. She's a sweetie and I'm very pleased with her. I think she likes us, too!
